Project objective
Research objectives and content The proposal envisages the analysis of mutants on chromosome V The approach holds the promise of new insights in early deter-minative events and this links a functional analysis to the molecular analysis pursued by the C. elegans genome project. Training content (objective, benefit and expected impact) Candidate will receive training in an for him entirely new field. Techniques employed, like the 4D microscopy, can currently not be executed anywhere else in the EU for de velopmental purposes.
