Project objective
Collective training of graduate students and young researchers will be based on series of conferences during each annual workshop giving a global, up to date approach to one specific subject. Smaller workshops will also help young mathematicians to understand the state of the art in some specific areas. Individual training, intended to help young researchers to design by themselves long-term research projects and to get acquainted to new results and methods, will be provided through a program of postdoctoral positions and through a program of shorter visits. Predoctoral positions will help to develop training through joint advisorships between the network teams. Regular personal attention will ensure that each young researcher gets maximal benefit from theses programs.
