Project objective
Many biochemical reactions that rule processes at a cellular level the presence of metal ions. The study of metal complexion of some organic molecules is necessary for understanding the mechanisms of these processes. The purpose of this work is the experimental and theoretical study of the cationisation by transition metals of relevant biological molecules.
