Gene expression regulation during the cell movements of early embryogenesis

Project objective

To understand the regulation and dynamics of gene expression in cells moving through the chick organiser during gastrulation, we will use in vivo visualising of gene expression and time-lapse video microscopy, and dissect the signalling pathways regulating organiser-specific gene expression.
