Project objective

The present project proposal aims at understanding of the specific contribution of CLC chloride channel isoforms to vesicular function and/or trafficking. We will investigate in detail the respective sub cellular distribution of each of the five intracellular CLCs, and the possible formation of heterooligomers between these different vesicular channels.
