Project objective
The project suggests that the national constitutional provisions serving to receive the European legal order constitute 'metaconstitutional' norms applicable to the European Constitution itself, seeking to shape and instruct only the State - Union relationship, but also the constitutional substance of the rising non-state polity of the EU.
