To study adaptation and biodiversity in the Spanish populations of Pinus sylvestris I propose:(1) Q_st VS F_st. (2) Correlation of quantitative traits vs geographical variables (3) SSR-inferred relatedness for heritability estimation under common garden conditions and in the nature.
