Project objective

I propose to generate a PDK1 knocking mouse embryonic stem cell line that expresses a mutated form of DKP1 which PH-domain can not interact with PtdIns (3,4,5)P3. The study of this cell line will permit to further understand the mechanism by which PtdIns(3,4,5)P_3 regulates the insulin signal transduction
