Project objective

The main objective is the creation of a Czech Mobility Centre (CMC) and a network of Regional Cooperating Points (RCPs) as an integral part of the ERAMORE network. The task of the CMC will be a provision of complete information and services to researchers coming to the Czech Republic (CR), as entry conditions, visa requires, work permits, recognition of diplomas and qualifications, job opportunities, social security, insurance, taxation, pension rights, health care, education, accommodation, language courses and other topics concerning a mobility. Accounting the geographical aspects and the concentration of universities, research institutes, industrial enterprises, the structure of the network will be formed by a single CMC at the ASCR and 8 RCPs. Two of them will be in Prague, at the country´s two largest universities (Charles University, Czech Technical University) so we can expect an intensive flow of researchers from abroad. The work has been divided into the following tasks:establishment of the CMC and RCPs, close cooperation with institutions and authorities responsible for entry conditions, etc., development of a Researchers Mobility Portal of the CR and a web site of CMC, personnel training of CMC and RCPs employees, organizing workshops for the target group and project´s stakeholders, preparing and publishing of information materials, organizing an awareness campaign, setting up the management of the project structured to assure a well-functioning CMC and RCPs.
