Цел на проекта
PANDORIS establishes an innovative doctoral training network dedicated to equipping Doctoral Candidates (DCs) with cutting-edge expertise in transformative governance for the twin digital-green transitions. The program addresses a critical knowledge gap by training DCs to navigate and manage the complexities inherent in digital and sustainable transformations, producing specialists skilled in political, societal, and economic facets of twin transition governance. This interdisciplinary, intersectoral network provides robust research, mentorship, and mobility opportunities, ensuring DCs gain versatile skills applicable across academia, public, and private sectors. The project fosters international cooperation among consortium partners, enhancing research capacity and knowledge exchange to build a cohesive approach to public administration and sustainability. By generating evidence-based insights and solutions, PANDORIS aims to influence policy, enrich existing doctoral programs, and extend best practices beyond academia. With a specific focus on the integration of public and private sector innovations, this program advances a comprehensive framework for transformative governance, paving the way for resilient, sustainable public administrations capable of leading Europe’s twin transition.
