Цел на проекта
The inter-related INFM research groups at Milano-Bicocca (INFM-MIB) and Roma- TorVergata Universities (INFM-RTV) offer a doctoral training in Materials and Plasma Science: Optical Spectroscopy, Neutron Spectroscopy and Theoretical Methods with strong emphasis on experimental and theoretical research activity in one of the following topics: growth and/or characterization of materials and systems for micro- and opto-electronics, neutron spectroscopy, spectroscopy of low and high temperature plasmas, surface physics. The training consists in research activity, courses and seminars at a doctoral level on the above topics. The candidate for the training program must be pursuing studies for a PhD-level degree. He/she should have good experimental or theoretical background in one or more of the following topics: materials science, surface physics, plasma physics, optical spectroscopy, neutron spectroscopy, and computer simulation. Good knowledge of English is advantageous. The training site intends to offer equal opportunities, particularly between women and men. Approximately, 17 fellowships, of about 6-7 months each, will be awarded with the following recruitment plan: 2002:5; 2003:6; 2004:4; 2005:2.Open for PhD-level students from Europe and Associate Countries.
