Цел на проекта

The first goal of the proposal will be to promote Planetary Sciences in general, and Mars exploration in particular, by increasing the number and level of the European scientists in this domain. In parallel, the training program will be a key part of the Network activities and will have two main objectives. The first objective will be a general training of European students. Training will be performed by two training courses and one winter school. The second objective will be a more specific training of young scientists, either recruited by this proposed Network or recruited by the different participants. Post- docs will for example interact weekly with the Project Teams associated to instruments and will therefore be trained to the specificity of space experiments, for which interaction between science, engineering, and project management is critical for success. Such Training and improvement of the European science community in Planetary Research and Space Data will take place in the general preparation of Europe for the International Data Analysis phase of European missions in planetary exploration.
