Цел на проекта

The BulRMCNet project will establish an operational Bulgarian Network of Research Mobility Centres (RMC). This network will be an integral part of the currently established European Network of Research Mobility Centres (ERA-MORE). Thus, Bulgaria is involved in the European synchronised activities encouraging and servicing the mobility of researcher and contributes to the further development of the European Research Area (ERA). The main project objectives are: to establish Bulgarian Network of RMC; to develop National Research Mobility web-portal; to set up RMC at the Bulgarian bridgehead, to develop and implement good practices of information and services delivery; to set-up mechanisms of sustainable functioning Network; to make the Bulgarian and European Networks popular source for research mobility support. These objectives will serve the strategic long-term goals for building of the common ERA. The proposed structure of the Bulgarian Network of RMC will consist of three levels - central, represented by the bridgehead structure, regional, represented by 5 national RMC, and institutional - a voluntary complement, stimulated but not financed by the project (except for a limited amount for participation in training). The duration of the project is 3 years. Main project implementing structures are two centres of Sofia University - Centre for European RTD Projects (CERTDP), and Centre of Information Society Technologies (CIST). They have clearly defined functions in the project and their activities are effectively synchronised. The CERTDP will become the Research Mobility Centre at the Bulgarian bridgehead organisation and the central level in the proposed Bulgarian Network of RMC. The project work plan includes five work packages. They comprise the major five types of support and management activities, necessary for successful project implementation and for attaining its objectives.
