Цел на проекта
The French network of mobility centres is based upon the regional organisations capable of answering to foreign researchers about any question related to their stay in France. The French mobility centres will do so either by answering directly to the researchers and their families, or by directing them to the competent service. Of course, the Web portal launched by the European Commission, eracareers (europea.eu.int/eracareers/) is at the heart of the network's organisation. The French portal France Contact (www.francecontact.net) will be fully operable with eracareers. In France, there are three bridgehead organisations in charge of coordinating the network : - Fondation Kastler - Association Bernard Gregory - Agence de Mutualisation des Universités The strategy adopted in France is a regional one. There are 24 mobility centres in the country for 22 administrative regions (3 mobility centres for the Paris region, receiving alone one half of the foreign researchers in France). The French project matches the localisation of reception offices in the universities and research organisations. They will be coordinated regionally either by the 11 Pôles universitaires européens ", or by the corresponding universities network. Cooperation between regions will be encouraged between regions accustomed to receiving foreign scientists and other ones. Basically, the French project is made of 2 principal actions : training sessions and meetings. For training sessions, the objective is mainly to offer to universities staffs the necessary preparation in order for them to correctly deal with French administrations and services in charge of providing foreign researchers. As regards meetings, the aim is to give the French mobility centres the opportunity to exchange best practices, as well nation wide as regionally. This will be achieved through : - a management committee, for assisting the mobility centres - an advisory board, for monitoring"
