Цел на проекта
The objective of the NORMOB project is to facilitate researcher mobility by providing easy- accessible information and proximity assistance to incoming and outgoing researchers to/from Norway. The objectives are in line with the Mobility Strategy for the ERA (European Research Area). The aim is to establish a system which provides links to relevant central national and international information and where the Norwegian research organisation in question will provide the local / regional information and proximity assistance to the individual incoming / outgoing researcher. The project will be lead by the Research Council of Norway (RCN) by delegation from the Ministry of Education and Research. The RCN will be the NORMOB bridgehead organisation and will establish a national Mobility Centre and be responsible for developing a Norwegian Mobility Network (the NORMOB Network) of local, regional and national research organisations, and a NORMOB Portal linking the national information and mobility network to the ERA-MORE Network via the EU Researcher Mobility Portal. The NORMOB Portal will contain links to national/general information prepared and continuously updated by the responsible office. Local and regional information will be produced and continuously updated by the units in the NORMOB Network. The RCN will have the over-all responsibility for supervising and securing the quality of the information of the NORMOB Portal by regular contact with the units in the NORMOB Network. The RCN websites will contain links to the NORMOB Portal and the EU Researcher Mobility Portal. The Mobility Centre at the RCN will have a hands-on regular and active contact with the units in the NORMOB Network in order to support their ability to provide proximity assistance.
